Upon full payment, all creative work becomes the property of the client unless otherwise agreed.
LM Creatives Digital reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio for marketing purposes.
1.6 Limitation of Liability
LM Creatives Digital will not be held responsible for:

Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Website & Design Services
All design and development services are customized and therefore non-refundable once work has begun.
3.2 Hosting & Maintenance

Hosting is billed monthly (R99/month) and non-refundable once activated.

Clients may cancel hosting anytime before the next billing cycle.
3.3 Project Cancellation
If a client cancels before work begins, a 25% administrative fee may apply.
If work is in progress, only the unfinished portion may be reviewed for partial refund at LM Creatives Digital’s discretion.
3.4 Service Dissatisfaction
We aim for 100% satisfaction. If issues arise, clients should contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve concerns promptly.
